Spending a whole day to make the Chocolate mousse cake, the recipe from Hidamari Baking.

It’s so worthyyy, until nearly 10pm, I finished the conplete cake. And It was true that I mixed chocolate with 75% pure cocoa and milk chocolate instead of using 100% milk chocolate. I’m fond of the bitter flavor not the sweet.

I will cut a piece and bring it to sis Hang, others in the nail salon to taste :3 I believe It will look nicer in the next try, but the taste is so balance!!!

And I realise the value of these types of cakes. It requires lots of patience and exact ingredients. So love themm and I’ll spend time working on them.
